This lecture, with overhead projector and question and answer session will help
participants identify what conflict is; teach them strategies for addressing
conflict; show them how to separate from the conflict and define management
involvement when conflict occurs; and how to address the conflict. At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will: learn to identify what exactly the conflict is in the workplace; be given strategies for dealing with heated exchanges, tears and other human reactions to confrontation; understand and be able to define management's involvement and to develop a policy that assists employees in dealing directly with conflict;
learn to deal directly with conflicts in the workplace. |
